Prenounced "skah-newb" or "sea-newb", a scenoob someone who plays mutliplayer video-games just to try and prove that they are worth something. To go that extra mile and reassure themselves that they are actually leet and not [fucktarded], they also enjoy starting drama about which gun is the best gun [in the game], and how you are a total hackz0r.

The video-game, slightly nerdy version of a scenekid, but with added [testosterone] and a hardxcore attitude.

Easily identifible; in every game they'll run'n'gun wildly, repeatedly getting killed, generally being a noob and bitching about how they suck at the game. That is, before they finally get a completely lucky kill and suddenly declare that they are the king of the game and that you suck.

The thing that most puts the "sce" in "scenoob" though, is the fact that they'll spend months playing the same game just to unlock every single pointless gimmick and then show it off as if it means something.

Common traits are: camping, grenade spamming, over-use of melee, [teabagging], excessive bitching, sending of badly thought-out and put-together personal messages, have not hit puberty, try extra hard when they think a girl is playing, spending months unlocking every single gimmick in MW2 and then [running around] with a red tiger Intervention quick-scoping because apparently a 0.1 kill/death ratio makes them look badass. Oh, and filing bad rep reports on XBL.
