A technique used for [picking up] ladies at the bar which requires a guy to hang out one of his girl friends and her incredibly ripped boyfriend. Since this process will have to be repeated several times, you will have to yell "more popcorn" for most of the evening. This technique was made popular in the TV sitcom Scrubs.
