GHS or geek in high school syndrome: a male who was considered a geek or a nerd in high school, but has tried to shed that image in adulthood. After high school, he joins a fraternity, pumps a lot of iron, dates bimbos, and drives flashy cars to compensate for not being popular in his youth.
