A Dominatrix is simply a Woman who holds the dominant position in an interpersonal [relationship]. A “[Professional] Dominatrix” charges a fee for Her services, whereas a “Lifestyle Dominatrix” actually lives Her life as a dominant Woman 24/7. In some cases, some Dominatrices are both [professionals] and [lifestylers]. In most cases, (but not all), a Dominatrix practices BDSM as well as lives Her life by Femdom Principles, Matriarchy and the naturally inherent Truth of Female Supremacy.

Many Dominatrices prefer to be addressed by a title such as Goddess, Mistress, Madame, Mademoiselle, Maîtresse, Doña or even Miss.
