A "Shining light from above" is a self-indulged term used by horrible liars, and devious perverts whom start sexual endeavors and then blame the intimate moment on the other person. Often said when accused of being a souless harpy queen, or just a sklut in a defensive manner. But generally it's used when an unwanted, yet true insult is insinuated or brought up. Often misconstruded with something pure, or holy. Or just shiny rays of light falling forth from the sky, but in reality it's just a claim of innocence to mask ones extreme level of naughtyness and ones insatiable sexual appetite.
