Acronym for "Welcome To Obama's America". Often used as a tongue-in-cheek reference to right-wing politician's criticisms of the Obama [Administration]. The user of this acronym (or the full phrase when speaking out loud) is normally parodying the hysteria of the far-right hype machine (which seems to purport that, due to Democracts being in power, the end of times is upon us and the [apocalypse] is unavoidable).
