It's what you say to a frantic man/woman desperately trying to find there kidnapped daughter. When sat individual asks the question,"Have you seen my daughter? She's been kidnapped!" You respond,"Your daughters tied up in a Brooklyn basement. Face it, not guilty. That's how I stay filthy.
