The term was made to refer specifically to a female follower of [psychopathic] and related artists, but that does not denounce their ability to be referred to as a Juggalo. All listeners of [psychopathic] music are referred to as juggalos, male and female alike. A term of endearment directed toward a female listener, usually from a male listener.
