The act of a woman menstruating on her partner.  The woman will typically cop a squat over her partners chest during a heavy period of her [menstruation] cycle.  The woman proceeds to drip bloody mess all over her partner.  The act is comparable to a [pearl necklace], except the woman is enabled to achieve a money shot.
