Bree Theory has been named "worse than 'The Game'". Once you're in it, you can't it out and like the game, it'll mess with your head. So if anyone tries to explain Bree Theory to you, just walk away. You'll be glad you did. 2) It can also be used to get out of almost anything (by causing confusion).
