A Doogan is a member of an elite group of [young people] located throughout the state of Georgia. They are known to be the loudest and craziest at parties and [generally] attract attention wherever they find themselves. To be considered a Doogan you must possess all of the qualities listed in our Laws of Dooganism. They include: being hot, being down for fun whenever and wherever, being a lover of the notebook, and many others. We frequently vacation together on what we call Doogan Reoonions. Our new members are subject to a Scissor Induction Ceremony to prove that they are worthy of the Doogan name. Many people think the Doogan is a [strange creature], but take a closer look and you will find that they are nothing but scissorific!!
