A house where ten fabulous people live together, preferably in such a manner that they attract a large fan base in the town and frequently throw large parties. Generally the ten occupants act super fly, all the time, and refer to the house of dimes as often as possible. Etymology: "Dime" represents "money" and "ten cents." Since there are 10 people, all of whom are so cool that they are "money," the house in which these ten live became known as the "house of dimes."
