What is a Juggalo?(first a Juggalo can be male or female [it doesn't matter] Jugalette is an incorrect term) well im a Juggalo and i think the best definition was givin by Violent J and Shaggy (ICP) in there song titled "What is a Juggalo?" 
First Violent J said " he gets butt-naked And then he walks through the streets Winking at the freaks With a two-liter stuck in his butt-cheeks" so i would guess this means a Juggalo is unique and just doesn't care about anything
Next Shaggy 2 Dope said "He just don't care He might try to put a weave In his nut hair Cuz he could give a fuck less [What a bitch] thinks He tell her that her butt stinks And all that" which i verifys the initial thought that Juggalos don't care about anything and it also tells us that a Juggalo is blunt and says whatever he/she wants to
Then Violent J said "He drinks like a fish And then he starts huggin people Like a drunk bitch Next thing, he's pickin fights With his best friends Then he starts with the huggin again Fuck!" this tells us that Juggalos love eachother and even when they fight that love is eternal
shaggy then said "A fucking lunatic Somebody with a rope tied to his dick Then he jumps out a ten-story window Oh!" this tells us that a Juggalo does stupid stuff and will realy do anything.
Shaggy goes on to say "A dead body Well, he ain't really dead, but he ain't like Anybody that you've ever met before He'll eat monopoly and shit out connect four" this again verifys the original thought that a Juggalo is unique
Violent J then says "He ain't a bitchboy He'll walk through the hills And beat down a rich boy Walks right in the house When you're having supper And dip his nuts in your soup, gloop!" again says that Juggalos do whatever they want
Violent J says "Well, he ain't a phoney He'll walk [up and] bust a nut in your macaroni And watch you sit there And finish up the last bit Cuz your a stupid ass dump fuckin idiot" Juggalos are very [opinionated] and again they do whatever whenever they don't care
Shagy says "He's a graduate He graduated from....well At least, he got a job He's not a dump puts He works for himself scratching his nuts" this tells us Juggalos don't care about school all they care about is enjoying life
and the chorus "What is a juggalo? A juggalo [That's what it is] Well, fuck, if I know What is a juggalo? [I don't know] But I'm [down with the clown] And I'm down for life, yo" which tells us there really isn't a definition and there are no requirements except one a Juggalo must be [down with the clown] all the rest is nothing (just usually common factors).
