Another character from Sorcerous Stabber Orphen. Volcan and his younger brother Dorchin are short but not necessarily kids([in the books] they are from another race inhabiting the southern region of the continent, but apparently that's never mentioned in the anime, they are [practically] indestructable), and apparently borrowed money from Orphen and are refusing to pay it back, extorting the interest from them is one of his primary sources of amusement. All things considered Volcan deserves whatever he gets [for the most part]. Actually, Volcan was the one who borrowed the money, but his long-suffering brother is included in the mess, it seems. Volcan is the loud, pushy one, and Dorchin is the meeker, quieter one, who reminds Volcan that they have to listen to Orphen because they do owe him money. These two run into Orphen now and then, usually causing trouble or aiding him if forced to. Volcan can be bribed, but Dorchin is more likely to do something because it's the right thing to do.
