In my school it basically means someone who doesn't wear anything Golddigga, Playboy, Pineapple or any of those brands/someone who hasn't bleached their hair to within an inch of [it's life] and then dyed the bottom layer black. Face it, it just looks weird. Mind you there are these people who wear MCR bags, bracelets, t-shirts, dye their hair black (but not enough so the roots are still showing), have visible cuts on their arms and then say "Don't label me! I am an [individual]!" Yes. Tell that to [the next person] who looks like you.
