1.  A combination of water and vinegar used for vaginal flushing.
2.  Slang for a person (most generally a male)with the most abhorrent and annoying personal charateristics.  Douchebags may possibly play rap loud music with their car windows down, wear oversized and sagging or ripped jeans, wear collars up, and wears sideways hats.  Douchebags typically have low self-esteem (although appear to have an inflated ego), low IQ (alhtough think they know everything), and small penises (though are constantly talking about how large their's are).  Douchbags attempt compensate for their shortcomings by their choice of vehicle.  They may drive lowriders, suped-up japanese compact sedans (like in [The Fast and the Furious]), crotch-rockets, or lifted trucks.  The demographic profile of the typical douchbag is an upper-middle class white male in his late teens to early 30s, unmarried with no children and still living at home with his parents and in a college dorm.  He may hold a series of low-paying jobs and/or attend [community college] or a [university], where he maintains a low grade point average and quite possibly is in a fraternity and/or is a "student/athlete."
