Pop/Punk or Pop-Punk music is a newer type of punk with a cleaner sound. Some twats, such as McFly, Busted and many other ROCK/POP bands have decided to call themselves Pop/Punk as it is also renound for have 3-5 chord riffs designed to [get stuck in] your head (Sum 41 - Fat Lip is a great example, first 20 seconds). But making a 3 to 5 chord riff that is catchy and playing two notes [over and over] which you didn't even write while you all moan about some hot girl not looking back at you, are different things. So this new [interpretation] of Pop/Punk is making the older (mostly late 90's like Sum 41, The Offspring) bands look like retards who can't play guitar as well. So it must be stopped! I dunno how so you can think of it yourselves, but it must be.
