Rap is a way of life. Many people like my dad even think that rap is a bad influence because all its about is killing cops and smoking weed and all that. A lot of these new rappers sing about that (50 cent, Eminem, G-Unit...) and that is all of the rap that they hear on the radio. Rap is a form of poetry and just like you give Laghston Hughes pespect i think that you should give real rappers respect. Also people think that rap is all black people. Well look at the people in the group The Demigodz there is only one black person out of 6, and there are many other non black rappers like Apathy and Celph Titled.
