Slang term for a dish prepared by inmates in prisons. It can consist of many things, but usually starts with [Ramen noodles] (sold in the prison commissaries) to which other things are added, such as tuna (for a tuna boona), [mayonnaise], cheese powder, crushed crackers, [summer sausage], etc. (also sold in the prison commissaries). These dishes are usually eaten by inmates who have prison jobs in lieu of the mostly undesirable meals served in the prison chow halls.
