Although, I don't live here, I wish I did. It's a quiet wealthy town on the north shore of Long Island. Its not gaudy like Dix Hills either, it has a very classy feel. It's a hamlet in Northport (hence the zip code). Residents enjoy the private beaches, golf course, and the village. Its an amazing place to live if you are fortunate enough to afford the high taxes and high property values. The school district depends... Majority of peoples kids go to Northport schools, but if you live in the kings park district side, you'll pay for a private education. (that's what I've heard from parents who actually live here) I work in HVAC and worked on a bunch of houses here... The wealth here is mind-blowing. new to newish 5000 SQ ft houses, huge yards, Maybach's, Bentleys and Porsches in the garage.
