People who have autogynandromorphophilia, a sexual [attraction] to (the idea or actual state of) one's body having characteristics of both males and females (gynandromorphs).

This is [not to be confused with] autogynephilia, which is sexual attraction to the idea of oneself being female, which usually takes place only in cis women and trans women. By comparison, autogynandromorphophilia can just as easily happen for trans men (FtMs), enbies, femboys, tomgirls, and regular old crossdressers and [transvestites] as well.

Gender dysphoria is commonly associated with autogynandromorphophilia but it is not required, which has led many repressors (reppers) to use the term to acknowledge their desires but reframing those desires in their minds as being purely fetishistic, the idea being to convince themselves that they do not actually need to transition, that [masturbation] alone can keep the dysphoria at bay in perpetuity.

The term comes from the root words auto (self), gyno (female), andro (male), morph (shape/form), and phile (love of/attraction to), with a literal reading being a person who is attracted to the idea of themself being shaped as both a male and a female.

It is commonly abbreviated as "AGAMP" on /tttt/ and commonly misspelled as "autogynandromorphile," "autogynoandromorphile," and "autogynoandromorphophile."
