Having a background in security and personal protection, I have often faced with moments of conflict wherein I had to choose between only one or another option of approach and resolution. At the time, I knew only of "pacifist" and "warrior". Do nothing (walk away) or Go all in (fight). I spent a great deal of time while being an active [participant] in action resulting in peace or violence. All the while seeking to refine, to evolve my Self to a place of balance when facing emotional, [psychological], spiritual and physical conflicts. [Over time], I came to a place that allows both [the Pacifist] and the Warrior to exist in balance integration. I now choose to find the pathway to what can become peace at the beginning of any conflict. I now practice a discipline of being a PEACIFIST. The word that I created more than 12 years ago to express that in any conflict, I seek peace before violence and will use violence to ensure peace if I must. This has altered the energy within me that attracts conflict into the energy that repels it. I am neither solely pacifist nor warrior. I am a PEACIFIST.
