Pack of Fucking Useless Cunts

It is a phrase used by some New Zealanders, especially farmers, to describe the endless layers of ineffectual regulations, counter-productive bureaucracies and the people responsible for the most egregious failures in local and national government. It is an extremely powerful and offensive phrase, usually reserved for the worst-of-the worst situations. An example of one of those worst incidents is when raw human sewage washed up on pristine beaches in the middle of the 2024 annual Christmas, New Year's and the summer holidays. This incident was covered in the media site Stuff on December 28, 2024.

Gisborne beaches contaminated as thousands head to Rhythm and Vines. The governmental bodies, regional council decision-makers and lawmakers who allowed raw sewage to contaminate the beaches at Gisborne on December 28, 2024 have been described as POFUC, a pack of fucking useless cunts.
