A small animal that grows inside of a human's gooch. The gooch goblin feeds on [vibrations] from the "Gooch pounder" and will grow in size when fed enough. If the gooch goblin is not fed enough then it will become aggrivated and will harm the human host in a "Gooch destruction" this can cause permanent damage to the host and can occationally result in death. When the gooch goblin is born they migrate to the right cheek along with the "Smegma soldiers".

In the battle of smegtown in 1756 BC the rump reapers migrated from the left cheek in order to take land and supplies from the right cheek powers. In this battle the smegma soldiers and the [gooch goblins] ended their ongoing civil war to combat against the rump reapers. in the end the right cheek forces were able to push back the rump reapers and secure the right cheek

later they contacted right cheek forces from other hosts using the "Galactic Outside Oriented [Communications] Harnesser" or G.O.O.C.H which was a secret military project originally created by the reapers but was intercepted on an undercover venture with a Gooch-ops team and was later stolen and perfected by the smegma soldiers. The [gooch goblins] went on to use the G.O.O.C.H device and banded together with different nations of gooch goblin and attempted to push back the rump reaper forces, which left the left cheek under control of the [gooch goblins] and the smegma soldiers. The rump reapers were exiled but eventually following the civil-rump movement were left alone
