Iced Fackmaul Frappé The act of stuffing a Cup of ice cream or crushed iced into the mouth of a sexual partner and holding their jaw shut, then proceeding to lick the drippings coming out of their mouth. Brain freeze is to be expected since the ice should not be swallowed rather than waiting for it to melt.
