Derogatory term used as an insult.  Does not usually refer to any particular sexual act taking place as previously stated,but merely refers to someone being perceived as someone who masturbates,simply for purposes of an insult be it truth or complete fiction.  Can also be used with sexual reference although there are more suitable words,namely: handjob/wankjob  May also used light-heartedly between mates basically meaning dumbass  Its a broadly used word and shouldn't be perceived as any particular meaning and should not be taken too seriously,chances are if someone calls you one,they are fooling around calling u a dumbass/wally,to actually insult someone to their face with this would make you look foolish,therefore it is usually used in reference to a person when talking about them to others.  I believe one of the previous definitions refers to hand job, the other is some gay ritual which i believe the less we know the better.
