The [rhetorical] artifact I chose was a motivational speech, by Mathew McConaughey. The title is,“Mathew McConaughey 5 minutes for the NEXT 50 Years of Your LIFE."In this speech he shares his own personal thoughts and advice, on the things he's learned over his lifetime through his own personal experiences. Along with this, what he wishes he would have known about the journey, which is what life is all about. The intended audience is the [younger] [generation], who are just beginning their adult lives, and anyone who aspires to have more motivation. To sum up McConaughey’s speech, he begins to speak about a few specific topics pertaining to life. He shares how your past and the cards you're dealt do not define your future. McConaughey basically expresses how you don't have control over certain variables in life, so don't waste time on them, just move forward.
