By the time you're power 15 you need to be killing duke like you're launching a fishing net into a lake full of fish and all of those fish are named Duke Erisia because of how many times you need to fight duke just to get to power 20. Once you hit power 20, WIPE your build because you've failed to simply create a decent build to fight a regular power 20 with black diver outfits on. Imagine going through all of that trouble just to lose to every max level that see you.
