Also known as "Bosozoku (暴走族)", are a group of people who cause trouble on Japanese roads.

There is also a women-only Chinsodan called "Ladies (レディース)"

In order to avoid Japanese police taking pictures of Chinsodan license plates to identify drivers and then cracking down on them, Chinsodan take measures to make themselves [less] identifiable, such as bending their license plates or installing upward-facing parts.

Famous Chinsodan include "Dragon (怒羅権)" by Chinese Residual Orphans, "Black Emperor (ブラックエンペラー)", and "CRS Coalition (CRS連合)" which is a [combination] of three groups, "Alley Cats (アーリーキャッツ)", "Route 20 (ルート20)", and "Specter (スペクター".

They are also known for having Yakuza, called "Ketsumochi (ケツ持ち)", meaning "supporters" funding them.
