It’s when a group of people gather together to “challenge/test/abuse” someone else. It’s an expression that tell said group that they have a target and all that Community can Bully said “target”. Usually they will excuse their actions by calling the individual under attack as “weak, snowflake, can’t take a joke, too emotional, etc”. The Group of people that likes “playing research of resilience” usually will blame their Target to get away with their actions. It’s a modern way of bully, similar to a real life Cold War.
