A form of mud-slinging used by supporters of a president that aims to mock their opposition. "President Derangement Syndrome" is the argument that the very existence of said president makes their opposition irrationally angry and unable to think of a legitimate reason for their contempt of said president. When used in a sentence, the word "President" is replaced with the actual president's surname; for example, if this argument were to be used against those who were opposed to Barack Obama, it would be called "Obama Derangement Syndrome."
