A person that requires their sexual partners to have specific genitals. Their genital specifications can, and often do, [vary]. Typically, a person with a genital fetish requires their partners to have genitals that correspond with their partners’ assigned birth sex; e.g. cisgender men have a penis and testicles, and cisgender women have a vagina and overlies.
