Someone who is [otherwise] a very high rank and/or good at the game that [deliberately] de-ranks themselves to extremely low levels. They are commonly seen in the ELO-based "Ranked" modes found in video-games like Mordhau and CS;GO. Similar to "Smurfs", it is likely that they do this to either troll for fun, or simply [don't want] to put effort into fighting people who are actually at their skill level. They severely damage the ELO of newer players to keep them from rising in the ranks, and have a tendency to be extremely toxic in chat, bragging about how bad their opponent is.
