A gozo is a period of recalibration between two new lovers who have committed to spend their lives together. It is often within the first few dates as the couple are finding how to be together when differences of opinion or [misunderstanding] arise. As a gozo unfolds it is lucky if the recalibrating [conversation] is helped along and makes its point with a timely freaky thick black hand hair appearing that one of the lovers makes some weird story up about it belonging to the other person because he knows some girl is New Zealand or Australia or Hawaii or South Africa somewhere that it happened to (I mean...what?). Ultimately a gozo is inevitable as it is part of the process of bonding two lives and families together with commitment, support, strength, love and equality. It paves the way for a happy fair family life and smooths the path in front for the couple
