A substance very alike to crystal meth minus all the negatives of crystal meth. It is produced through a pseudo-alchemical process, which basically evil uses time shifting to create a false reality and cleave off part of an individual who in truth still has properly functioning neurotransmitters being produced but that the receptors to utilize them have been disabled.
