Veringue - noun Plural - Veringue or Veringues Pronounciation - və'ræŋ A Veringue is a new plant-based meringue made with plant proteins instead of eggs, with the advantage of having little or no aftertaste sometimes associated with those made with aquafaba (chickpea water).
