An expression used to describe someone as being the worst at the current act they are doing (playing a game, washing dishes, etc.) The explanation is that Hong Kong is in China which is one of the largest countries for donkey-related products to be made (aka. slaughtering donkeys). Since donkeys are so easy to kill in China which is the explanation of them being basically free (in China).
