In the drug world's supply chain they act as intermediaries between retailers (dealers) and consumers. The term is [unisex], being used for man or woman. Typical practices include buying at [street price] then reselling at an inflated price, cutting [the product] to stretch it out, just charge money, drugs, sex etc for procurement or they buy in bulk at a discount thats not even close to wholesale prices (often times they don't realize they're actually middle-men , are in denial or just plain stupid).

Identifying a potential middleman is easy, common red flags include- over priced; are always out and have to go re-up; not easy to get a hold of, sometimes for days; asks for gas money, not meant to be repaid; drugs come packed in torn [grocery bags], plastic wrappers, foil etc instead of mini poly bags; asks you to front the money before they re-up; cant sell large quantities at a discounted price; rides a bike and not because they want to
