i had this idea in the shower ;-; basically on December 11 (when popipo by lamazeP was made) we will have fruits and vegetables as our main food for a day. of course, we can eat meat and dairy and all of that stuff, but we mainly eat fruits and veggies on this day. you don't have to do this though, it is all up to you. :)
