A person who finds ANY [ridiculous] excuse to call somebody a racist or xenophobe. Typical stereotype is a white western middle class over [opinionated] person (but could be anyone form any background) who lacks experience being exposed different cultures other than thier own western ultra multicultural background and mis-understands people to try to describe different cultures and customs based on thier experiences unjustifiably calling them a 'racist' or 'xenophobe' based on thier own narrow-mindedness in order to satisfy their own inner demons. Even [when the] accused person may like or have [the greatest] admiration for different cultures and customs and points of view.

Basically, the analogy is based on a person who mindless walks around with both arms in-front of them groaning 'racist' or 'xenophobe' instead of 'brains' like a Zombie. Just don't let them get close to you or you may either turn into [one of them] or they'll eat you alive by branding you a 'racist' or 'xenophobe' and defame you in any way possible making it very difficult for the accused to remove the false societal smearing costing them thier job, friends etc. The Xenozombie will make sure you are 'destroyed' if you get close to them. Type of people who are best avoided.
