A person without leadership qualities who are still popular with voters dependent on the Cathedral. Anti-leaders signal that they are empty suits, puppets, avatars of the will of the Cathedral, and that they will not disrupt it. Anti-leaders will protect the establishment, the Cathedral, and whoever has the ability to buy their political services. The Cathedral will manipulate low information voters to vote for anti-leaders, and in return anti-leaders will benefit the Cathedral, usually to the detriment of all voters.
