A derogatory term generally used for web developers; but mostly for a specific breed of web devs that never built non-trivial projects that are not web related, or used something other than web stack. They usually think that JS and Electron ( that whole stack) are the best thing since sliced bread, or more immorally, they think JS is a decent language.
