They commonly r seen on OTIS with face and neck tattoos, with a stereotypical [intimidating], drugged out or hardened, expression on their mugshot. Many if not most of these ppl [can't be trusted] around your car keys, your money/assets, valuables, your [social security number], your children, your female life partner, or being in charge of funds at a workplace. Most of them seem to meet the criteria for conduct disorder, and/or grew up in broken home's, never had a stable functional life and often were never taught how to make honest money. Watch out for them, as all they typically know how to do is to treat the world like a prison yard.
