A disease and a title from a creepypasta story in wiki.

Backstory:

The disease was created in 2037, [discovered] by a [high school student] when they were snow hiking. They first saw fish rotting in a whole new separated place that isn’t frozen in any way. Standing out from the rest of the places. The fish seemed to have wood with huge sharp thorns strangely wrapping around it and the floor next to it seemed to be filled with blue goo. The goo smelled like blood. [One of] the students were trying to grab onto a fish seeing what it is but as soon as it got closed to it, the fish turned to the same kind of blue goo like the pile where was [originally] suppose to be beside the fish. The goo slowly turned turned to a huge bundle and smashed onto the body of the student. The student however did not yell for help but instead laughed continuously until the goo filled the mouth of the person as well. He was dead. The student now looking like a humanoid like creature with metallic blue goo covering its whole body showing only two empty bloody eye pockets. Out of [everything] that was wrong though, the weirded part was his smile. He was....smiling? The dead student then somehow absorbed the liquid and bloodily shaped into the form of the same exact shaped fish as before. Just then, another person saw the fish.
