TGC or Toms Gaming Computer is a term used to describe someone’s PC setup as primitive and outdated to the point of irrelevance. It stems from a local tale from Nuneaton of a boy named Tom who broke all technology he owned, from a microwave to an Xbox. [Eventually] he bought a computer and it miraculously didn’t break, he used it every waking hour of every day for 3 years and eventually his already outdated setup became [completely irrelevant] and barely functional. However Tom still refused the fact of [irrelevancy] even when the computer was smoking he insisted on its health. The term is used to describe people who have this same ignorance.
