An expression popularized by Louis CK in a comedy routine in which he explains his experience while sitting in bumper to bumper traffic on the Hollywood freeway. He pissed off another driver that yelled to him "Eat a bag of dicks!" The comedian found humor in an insult involving a bag of dicks from a motorists that was as dumb as a bag of hammers.
