Self-appreciation expressed in canadian-french slang (known as "joual"). Could be translated as "I am good". A short pause must be inserted after the first word in order to create a small suspense. This expression was made popular by a famous, successful psychic man from Chartierville, a small town near the US/CAN border. This man, who foresaw 9/11, is also known to quote freely Martin Luther King ("I have a dream").
