She is feeling ok abut her body better then before which is good but, tell her she is perfect. If she finds out you are [talking shit] about you she will be very hurt and she might do it to you so.... just don't do it. Just know she wants the best for everybody. Once you get to know her you will never wanna leave. She does get jealous but that's because she doesn't want to share her best friend. Please be very kind to her tell her how you love her everyday. If you like her tell her she would never be mean to you when you talk about your feelings. So if she says no it will be very nice and she would probably feel really bad and hug you. Everyone loves her I mean... how couldn't you.
