Revised by SouthernHeart - Shelby County HS is a fine high school with many graduates going to top school in the state & surround states. We have alumni who have become doctors, lawyers, nurses, teachers(both school based & traveling), military personnel & state officials. Many [young] men & woman leave SCHS prepares to tackle the world in either to further their education or start a skill. We have firefighters, mechanics, EMTs, [Police Officers] & church ministers whoM have come out of SCHS. Education is on par with many other county schools in our area and great extra curriculum activities. [Unfortunately], we do have a few under achievers who are from our school, only to spew their [ignorance] around the local area without actual knowing a thing about the alumni whom have actual graduated from Shelby County, probably due to their own addictions & self-pity.
