a method of Ancient Yoga, a natural science that can align a human's physical life or complete brain/body organism (which ideally extends to one's closest social network) to their inner/eternal/spiritual life or soul/essence/breath in order to function, develop and evolve optimally in context to their given time and space; breath control, simple meditation, the daily practice of bodily postures, individual specific physical outlets, spiritual studies, and aligning with universal biological and spiritual truths are incorporated elements. Ex: Attachment and Conscious Non-Violent Parenting of one's own offspring or that of any orphaned earthlings is an integral part of discovering one's higher purpose through Biological-Yoga.
